RFP: WIOA Online Training

The City of San José’s (“City”) Office of Economic Development’s San José Silicon Valley Workforce Development Board (“WDB”), issues this Request for Proposals(“RFP”) seeking qualified individuals and entities to provide Online Training to Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA) eligible clients. Online Training will be web based and allow access for each user from a desktop, laptop, or tablet computer via the internet.

Application deadline is May 8, 2026 4:00 p.m. PST.

Proposal responses must be submitted online through WebGrants prior to the proposal due date and time.
