Notice of Funding Opportunity for the Opioid Overdose Prevention (OOP) Grant 2027-2030
The City of San José Department of Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services’ Opioid Overdose Prevention (OOP) Grant is now accepting applications for the 2027-2030 period.
This application seeks to qualify agencies for a three-year period from February 1, 2027 through January 31, 2030. Applicants must be a nonprofit with a 501(c)(3) status or a government agency.
Interested agencies are invited to attend the pre-proposal workshop to review critical information about the grant program and how to apply for this funding opportunity. The pre-proposal workshop is scheduled for:

Applicants are strongly encouraged, but are not required to attend the pre-proposal workshop.

Proposals must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 1, 2026. The average time for a new WebGrants account registration to be complete is three (3) business days.
