2025 BeautifySJ Grant Program (Cycle 7) 

Application Deadline December 9, 2024 by 4:00 p.m.

The City of San José’s Department of Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services is now accepting applications for the 2025 BeautifySJ Grant Program (Cycle 7). The mission of the BeautifySJ Grant Program is to support residents’ efforts at reclaiming their public space and to empower residents to aesthetically demonstrate their pride in the City.

Completed proposals for new applicants must be submitted online via WebGrants - https://grants.sanjoseca.gov/index.do by Monday, December 9, 2024 AT 4 P.M. 

APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED AFTER 4 PM ON DECEMBER 9, 2024 WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION FOR THE OLDER ADULTS (50+) HEALTH & WELLNESS GRANT

 

The City of San José Department of Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services (PRNS) is now accepting Request for Qualification applicants for its Older Adults (50+) Health and Wellness (OAHW) Grant Program (formerly Senior Health and Wellness). The OAHW grant program seeks to provide easily accessible, quality programs at Santa Clara County (SCC) sponsored Senior Nutrition Program (SNP) location(s) and additional service location(s) within the City of San José aimed at reducing social isolation and improving the health and wellness of San José residents ages 50 and up. Qualified agencies will be placed on an eligible service provider list.

There will be a pre-proposal workshop for all interested proposers on May 2, 2024, at 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm on Zoom: Pre-Proposal Workshop. It is highly recommended that all proposers attend the application workshop.
